Handmade Goods Notice

All of our products are handmade in small batches with care and intention. Because many of our items are personal care products, we are unable to accept returns on used or opened items due to health and safety regulations.

Personal Care Products

Personal care items—including soaps, tallow balms, lip balms, and skincare—are not eligible for return or exchange once opened or used.

Eligible Returns (Non-Personal Care Items)

For non-perishable, non-personal-care items (such as select accessories, merchandise, or other non-consumable goods), we offer a 30-day return window. This means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required

To initiate a return, please contact us at [your business email]. If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Scent preferences or personal dislikes

  • Natural variations that occur in handmade products

  • Items damaged due to improper storage or use
